Not at all, our retreats will accept beginners to advanced practitioners in meditation and qigong. We have something for all levels and abilities. So that each person can benefit and deepen their knowledge and practice.
What is the accommodation like?
Depending on the school the accommodation is normally basic and rooms are single sex unless otherwise requested. Some rooms will be shared, dorm or private depending on your preference and the availability.
How long can I attend the retreat?
Depending on the programme and the retreat itself you can stay as little as a day or up to over 1 year. Most of the retreats offer food, accommodation and tuition. Making it easy to manage so you can focus on your self development.
